Meet The Team
World Central is a small registered charity under the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission (ACNC). Our team is made up of 9 non-Indigenous and Indigenous practitioners. Our org is based on a social enterprise not for profit model, serving to retain memory and knowledge of important best practice skills and awarenesses, for the specifically unique context of very remote Indigenous community service delivery. We are place to keep safe and pass on a system of ‘two-way leadership’ approaches to both leading and following in remote Indigenous community life and work.
With over 90 years of experience in Central Australian remote and rural Indigenous youth and community service delivery, together we have collaboratively worked across approximately 1.3 million square kilometres of the Australian desert region and beyond, in youth and community service delivery
